Domestic shipping will be free for orders over $150AUD.

Please allow between 2 – 10 working days for delivery upon receipt of dispatch.

International shipping will be free for orders over $250AUD

Please allow between 7 – 14 working days for delivery upon receipt of dispatch.

Please note - Customs fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer. If a consignment is undeliverable at destination due to refusal to pay import tax, incorrect address, multiple failed attempts, or otherwise, the consignment will be abandoned at destination. In the event of a redirection to the situations aforementioned, any additional shipping fees will be charged to the receiver.

We allow returns within 14 days of the delivery date of any non-sale items purchased directly from our website that are in original condition with original tags and packaging. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Return shipping is at your own expense. 

If approved, an online store credit will be issued to the value of your return in the form of a gift card.

Items purchased during a promotion or warehouse sale are a final sale. No exchanges or returns of sale items are accepted at any time.

If your return meets the above criteria, please contact hello@sailorandsunny.com with your order number and contact details to process your return, Items returned without authorisation won't be allowed.

Please note that as we are a small business delivery costs will not be refunded.

INTERNATIONAL

Due to international shipping costs, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we will do our best to assist you.
